Isleworth & Syon School is aware of an incident that happened in school yesterday, and an internal investigation is already underway. School procedures were swiftly and robustly followed at all times.
The incident is also currently being investigated by the Metropolitan Police. We cannot comment further on the specifics of this incident while this investigation is ongoing.
We consistently educate our students on safe practice, as well as respectful behaviour. Indeed, our most recent Ofsted inspection stated that pupils feel safe at school. Incidents like this are very rare at school, with clear procedures in place to promptly deal with any incidents that may occur within our school community.
