For the second year running, we are delighted to be recognised as a Music Mark school.

Music Mark is a national organisation that recognises a school’s commitment to outstanding and high-quality music education. It is also the body that serves as the lead for music teachers and leaders across the country.

The nomination for this award came from the Hounslow Music Service. They are one of our local partners and many of our students – past and present – remain involved in their work. We are especially pleased that the service has based their Wednesday evening music school at Isleworth & Syon School. This is a place where students from across the authority can enhance their own performance skills.

Within school, music education remains a key part of our curriculum. This award recognises our outstanding curriculum offer and exceptional extra-curricular opportunities within the subject. Last year, we invested in a brand new suite of rooms to ensure that our boys get the best musical education. This continues our mission to ensure that music and the wider arts remain a key feature of our school.
