Our School

Our Business and Economics Department
We wish to appoint a teacher who will want to own their classroom, who will enjoy working with our very-able students, and who will thrive on sharing in their successes. At GCSE, students make excellent progress across all subjects. Both economics and business studies are very popular at Key Stage 4. In the Sixth Form, both subjects remain popular and we also deliver highly successful academic (GCE Business and Economics) and vocational qualifications (BTEC Level 3). Our Sixth Form is mixed, and many students further their business and economics studies at university.
Our Staff
We recognise that our staff are our greatest resource. Therefore, we are ambitious for our staff and invest heavily in their development. We offer an extensive programme of professional development which offers a range of opportunities for training, including internally, through local and national programmes. We have strong partnerships with universities and higher education institutions and actively support staff pursuing heavily subsidised Masters degrees and other higher qualifications. There will also be opportunities for internal promotion and to collaborate within our local partnership of schools.
Our Location
We are situated in a tree-lined neighbourhood of Isleworth, a vibrant area of West London. The school is close to Osterley Park and a short hop from central London by tube (Osterley is a 10-minute walk) or rail (Isleworth is a 7-minute walk). There is easy access to the M3, M4 and Heathrow Airport.

Our Performing Arts Department
We wish to appoint a colleague to contribute to the continuing success of music and who has the desire to work in an outstanding area of the school.
We have a fundamental belief in the power of the arts to transform lives, so music is a critically important subject for us. The department offers a supportive and invigorating environment and delivers a creative and engaging curriculum. Music is housed in a brand-new suite of rooms, including a composition suite; the successful candidate will need to be able to use Logic Pro-X and other DAWs, as well as being innovative in their support for students who are exploring musical futures. Music events, productions and trips are a key part of our culture; please do read the Role Information document for more information.
Results are outstanding and there is an impressive track record of progression to prestigious establishments, including The Purcell School of Music, Guildhall and The Royal Academy of Music. The ability to contribute to the ethos of the school and assist with our programme of additional opportunities, whilst maintaining our high expectations, will be vital for the successful candidate. We also have a close partnership with the Hounslow Music Service who base their weekday music school on our site.
