Leadership isn’t just a title here, it’s a mindset. All Sixth Form Isleworthians take part in a leadership pathway built into their timetable, helping them grow in confidence and character.

It’s a time to explore new interests, take on challenges and discover what you’re capable of. Our leadership programme will serve you far beyond the Sixth Form and help you feel ready for the wider world.

Roles include:

Head Students & Deputies – lead the Student Council
Senior House Ambassadors – support events and mentor younger students
Subject & Literacy Mentors – help others achieve their goals
Charity, Sports & Events Reps – drive new ideas and initiatives
Classroom assistants - support classroom teaching and learning
Admin assistants - help with various aspects of school administration, like Attendance, IT and Welfare
