Senior School Production

The senior school production takes place each November, with a cast of Years 11-13 only. It often deals with darker material than the Spring whole school production, and takes place in the drama studio rather than the school hall.

This year's production is 'The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui'. It is going to be a brilliant show on Wednesday 26 and Thursday 27 November. The play takes place in 1930s Chicago following gangsters battling over cauliflower (and other vegetables). It is a satirical allegory using Arturo Ui’s rise in the cauliflower trade to mirror Hitler's rise to power. Students take on multiple roles in this energetic and enthusiastic production. If you have an interest in World War 2, gangsters or cauliflower, come along and see Ui's rise to power for yourself.

We would love you to come and celebrate this event with us. There is no cost for the tickets; all you have to do is indicate how many seats you require via this form.

If you are able, we would be very grateful if you can give a donation. The money will go back into the performing arts department to support the organisation of this event and the other outstanding opportunities we offer our students. We recommend donating via SCOPAY; you can also do so on the evening itself.

This year’s poster was designed by cast member Zoë Cashman (Year 12). Please see the full poster below (click to view full size).
