Dear Parent/Carer,

School Shop, Uniform and Stationery

We appreciate that the rising cost of living is having a significant impact for many families. We work hard to try and reduce costs and have sourced items at the best prices we can, through our school shop. Most of the items can be brought elsewhere, which you are welcome to do. Our school shop stocks school uniform, PE & Games kit, equipment, and stationery; you can view the price list on the school website. Our important ‘New to You’ programme allows parents/carers to buy used (but in good condition and washed) uniform at a discounted price. 

How the School Shop Works 

• Open on selected dates during the summer holidays – starting on Monday 20 July. Days that are unavailable for booking are greyed out.
• It is available by appointment only. Without an appointment, you will not be able to purchase uniform.
• Slots do go quickly, so we suggest you book your appointment as soon as you can.
• To book your appointment, please go to www.isleworthsyon.org/shop. In the ‘Book a Summer Holidays Appointment’ tab, select a timeslot and complete some details.
• Please only book one timeslot so that all families can find an appointment. If you have multiple children in school, they can all be done in one appointment. 

Important Notes for Your Appointment 

• Please bring your son/ward with you.
• We will only accept payments by credit or debit card, or Apple Pay; no cash will be accepted.
• We are an eco-friendly school so, if possible, please bring your own carrier bag.
• The shop will not be open in September, so it is important you book an appointment during the holidays. 

Compulsory Branded Items 

Please note that the following items are compulsory and can only be purchased from the school shop:

1. School Blazer with embroidered badge (note: we sell school badges separately if you have brought a plain blazer elsewhere)
2. Tie – clip-on
3. Games Shirt
4. PE House Polo Shirt
