Dear Parent/Carer,

KS3-Ready Evening 2026

To help parents/carers with the transition from primary to secondary school, we are holding an information evening on Thursday 24 September, starting at 6.00pm in the school hall and lasting for about 45 minutes. During the evening, we will: 

• Explain how to support your son/ward to ensure he is Key Stage 3-ready.
• Give you a copy of your son/ward's individual academic expectations.
• Demonstrate how you can track your son/ward’s progress, homework, behaviour, attendance and punctuality using INSIGHT (Parent Portal).

We ask that all parents/carers confirm their attendance using the online form sent via email – it will take less than a minute to complete. Please note that students are expected to attend the evening in full school uniform.
