Dear Parent/Carer,

Goodbye Year 13, Class of 2026 –
and Results Day Arrangements

It is with immense pride we bid you farewell - but not goodbye. You have been an incredible Sixth Form group that has shown leadership, adaptability and resilience. It has been a pleasure to see you mature and develop into young adults who have the capacity to go out and take charge of your life – as well as making change in the world around you. 

The final celebration assembly highlighted some of those amazing memories that we hope stay with you. We are sure you are delighted that the final examination period is completed; we hope that you can now enjoy a well-deserved break. 

Alumni 

You will always be an Isleworthian, and we will always want to know how you are doing. We are delighted that many of you have joined our Alumni Network. If you haven’t already joined, now’s a perfect time! 

Moving into next year, there will be several opportunities for you to engage with the school.  Keep an eye out on your emails for information about an alumni football match in early September. 

This is because we value all the journeys undertaken by our Isleworthians - we use your stories, regularly, to inspire our current students. Going forward, we welcome the chance for you to connect with us again, be that as a speaker to a class or year group; a work placement; or many other opportunities. Please keep in touch so that we can continue to celebrate your journey

Staying Safe – Meningitis B Vaccine 

The Government has announced recently that the Meningitis B vaccination will be available from this summer for eligible young people. So far, this includes those born between 01/09/2007 to 31/08/2008 inclusive and then some further groups who may be older but are commencing further education for the first time in the autumn). We encourage all students to be in touch with their GP and check their eligibility and take up the vaccination if going on to university.
