Leadership isn’t just a title here, it’s a mindset. All Sixth Form Isleworthians take
part in a leadership pathway built into their timetable, helping them grow in confidence and character.
Roles include:
- Head Students & Deputies – lead the Student Council
- Senior House Ambassadors – support events and mentor younger students
- Subject & Literacy Mentors – help others achieve their goals
- Charity, Sports & Events Reps – drive new ideas and initiatives
Being a Student Ambassador taught me how to lead a team and speak with confidence.
