Inspirational Talk from Owais Shah

The latest in our ‘I&S Inspires’ series will welcome ex-England cricketer and former Isleworth & Syon student Owais Shah for an open Q&A session with students on Tuesday 22 September. 

Owais attended Isleworth & Syon School between 1989-1994, before embarking on a first-class cricket career that spanned from 1995-2013. Throughout his career, Owais featured for Middlesex and Essex as well as representing England almost 100 times across multiple formats of the game. 

This exciting event will take place after school in the main hall, in conjunction with our alumni programme and the opening of our new state-of-the-art cricket nets. The Q&A session will run between 3.10pm and 3.30pm and be chaired by Mr Mullins. 

This is an exciting and unique opportunity to have the chance to speak to one of the school’s most celebrated former students who knows the world of elite sport.
