2023-24
Across 85 pages of this Annual Review, you can learn about everything that took place during 2023-24. Covering events between September 2023 to August 2024, this includes over 50 educational visits. We are proud of our outstanding opportunities, including a range of trips, activities, clubs and events that is unmatched.

2022-23
This Annual Review of 2022–23 will give you a fantastic flavour of life at Isleworth & Syon. Across its 81 pages, you can learn about the year, covering September 2022 to August 2023.
As the school made its way out of the Covid pandemic, our outstanding opportunities developed more than ever. This meant an incredible range of trips, activities, clubs and events. Inside, you will also read about continued success from students both current and past, including one alumnus who has just become the captain of a professional men’s football club and a current student who performed on stage at Shakespeare’s Globe.
In each page, you will witness the school’s drive to ensure that all students be the best that they can be, in an environment of exceptional education underpinned by traditional values.

2021-22
Across these 72 pages, we report on everything that went on during a busy year in school between September 2021 and August 2022. This includes: exciting trips abroad and at home; school events celebrating sustained successes; continued excellence from our former students in the world of professional sport and theatre; and outstanding opportunities for all students to enrich themselves and build on their learning.

2020-21
This brief Annual Review summarises the highlights from the Covid-disrupted 2020-21 academic year. It is shorter than in previous years due to the pandemic, but still covers lots of exciting happenings in school, including:
- the continuation of our traditional celebration events - but virtually;
- charity drives and community initiatives;
- performing arts online concerts and shows;
- success for alumni, including professional footballer Reece James and television actor Taheen Modak;
- moving our outstanding extra-curricular offer online, with virtual trips, events and conferences;
- sports successes including rowing, cricket and the Duke of Edinburgh's Award; and
- many more!

2019-20
2019-20 was a year like no other, as the COVID-19 pandemic hit the entire world and school was closed for a number of months. Due to this disruption, it is shorter than in previous years. However, we still cover a lot of ground, including:
- celebrating student successes through events
- charity drives and community initiatives;
- performing arts concerts and shows;
- our outstanding extra-curricular opportunities, including trips, events and conferences;
- sports successes including rowing, cricket and the Duke of Edinburgh's Award; and
- many more!
The Review also details how students and staff showed immense resilience and hard work to persevere through education in the most extraordinary circumstances.

2018-19
This 55-page Review of 2018-19 offers the most comprehensive look at our school and what we provide for all our students. It is split into several sections - one for each term, plus some whole-school initiatives and then, at the back, some of our biggest success stories.
Isleworth & Syon is the best choice for local boys due to the opportunities we offer our students. Throughout the year we ran lots of fantastic trips, such as theatre trips to the West End, plus conferences, study days and workshops to help bring curriculum studies to life. We ran a number of inspiring events in school, including a unique visit from a Holocaust survivor and a spectacular music festival! The Review also features countless sporting successes, with several teams experiencing borough and county victories. Meanwhile, our former students continue to set the world alight, with one featuring in the West End and in an ITV drama, while another has just made his debut for the professional football team Chelsea FC. We believe that no student should be limited in his access to the best opportunities - that's the Isleworth & Syon way.

2017-18
2017-18 was another fantastic year in school, as we continue to raise the bar in terms of success and achievements across all disciplines - academia, sporting, performing arts, and others. This 53-page Review offers a comprehensive look at our school and what we offer to our boys - both in terms of extra-curricular enrichment opportunities and giving them the platform to continually be the best that they can be. Our results this summer were outstanding across the board, a marked improvement on the previous year. The Review features countless sporting successes, with several teams experiencing borough and county success. Meanwhile, our former students continue to set the world alight in their chosen fields. One ex-pupil has joined the cast of a brand-new ITV drama, while another is touring the world with the renowned Glenn Miller Orchestra.
Throughout the year we ran lots of fantastic trips, such as theatre trips to the West End, plus conferences, study days and workshops to help bring curriculum studies to life. We ran a number of fantastic events in school, with a lovely performance of a World War I play and a music festival that brought the house down! Across all ages, we do everything in our power to consistently present our boys with great opportunities.

2016-17
Please find the 2016-17 Annual Review below. It gives a flavour of a year in the life at Isleworth & Syon School, summarising the main happenings of the last academic year. It was certainly a busy year in school, with sustained success and achievement in fields of academia, sport and performing arts. The 60-page Review features lots of sporting success, with several teams experiencing borough and county success and multiple students becoming national champions in their chosen sport. Meanwhile, our former students continue to make waves on a national scale, with Mo Farah knighted in the January honours and two ex-students beginning professional sporting careers.
There were lots of fascinating trips throughout the year such as theatre trips to London's West End, plus conferences, study days and workshops across the curriculum. Events in school continued to amaze and enthral, with a fantastic and spooky performance of a Shakespeare classic, plus multiple music concerts and shows. Whether students are in Year 7 or Year 13, they are consistently presented with great opportunities to enrich their studies.
We are very proud in school of the breadth of opportunities afforded to Isleworth & Syon students, and we continue to progress our enrichment offer year-on-year in order to bring students' classroom studies to life.
